My Experience
I lead a very busy life (who doesn't these days?!?), and the hardest part of my day is finding time to take care of myself. Whether that be taking time to meditate for my mental health, quiet time for spiritual health, or fitness for my personal health. The hardest one of these (for me) has always been dedicating time to my personal health, because honestly, it takes the most effort & energy. However, I recently was introduced to a series of 15-minute workouts called MASHUP, which are fun, offer a great variety of options and are quick--leaving me little to no excuse to not take 15 minutes of my day to workout. There are (currently) seven videos to chose from. Of these, my favorite workouts are: • Kickstarter • Muscle Mania • Mind/Body Meltdown. The best part for me, is the convenience of streaming options. During the period of time I had to try out and review MASHUP, my mother-in-law suddenly passed away and we took a last-minute trip out of town. During this time there was a lot of downtime with me my kids at a hotel, during which I needed to expel some tension. That's when the videos, especially Mind/Body Meltdown, came in very hand on my iPad.
What exactly is MASHUP?
