If you're looking for a screen-free play option that will keep your kids busy for hours on end, then this marble run review is made for you! First off, by purchasing this "210 Piece Set" Marble Run from Mega Marbles you are actually receiving two "75 Piece" sets, which each includes 60 marbles... So technically you are receiving 150 pieces and 120 marbles.... An amazing value! The trickiest part to assembling the marble run is achieving a good balance so the runs are level and steady, otherwise marbles will roll off. I especially like this set because it includes unique pieces like a loop, zig zags, funnels, curves, plus add-ons that spin and release the marbles at the starting points. There is definitely a learning curve to building sturdy towers with fun runs, but that's half the fun. I wish they would include more tower pieces and a few runs that are split so you don't know which way the marble will go. I think that would add a fun element to the set. Overall the quality is good. All the pieces fit securely together, the add-on pieces spin good, and the marbles are the perfect size for the run. All-in-all, it's a great set that will keep kids busy for a long time. I plan to use this in my classroom this fall and can't wait to show my students this engineering center. I write my reviews in order to assist shoppers make informed purchasing decisions. I did receive this product in exchange for my honest review, but I review products the same as if I had paid full price.
