Have you tried the latest craze of Green Matcha Tea? I have always liked Green Tea, but tend to opt for a coffee drink vs. green tea because the green tea wasn't strong enough for my liking. That was until I tried matcha powder! Legend Organic Premium Matcha has a very strong green tea flavor, which I love. This intense flavor comes from the entire green tea leaves being stone-ground into a delicate powder (vs. brewed green tea where the leaves are steeped in hot water). I mix a few teaspoons of the Legend ground matcha into hot water, and once it's mixed well I froth it at the top. I mainly like matcha straight like that, but am intrigued to try making a matcha latte and some other recipes I've stumbled upon.
